Tina and John's Wedding - Long Reef Golf Club

I arrived at Tina's house to find a flurry of make up artists, parents, family and bridesmaids all excited as they put the final preparations in place for Tina. Tina slipped into her beautiful dress and we had enough time to have some lovely family shots, full of emotion before she was ready to go. I was often impressed with Tina by her organisation skills and she didn't let me down on the day. She turned up right on time for the ceremony - surprising all the guests and groomsmen so I jumped in the car with her and we took a nice shot with her parents overlooking the beach to fill in some time. The ceremony was beautiful. Overlooking Fisherman's Beach, with a few lovely gestures to symbolise bringing the two families together. After a long line of congratulations took place we realised there was a nice dark cloud heading our way and opted to get straight into the location shoot on the beach and up at the headland. The scenery was amazing and there was so much atmosphere as you can see. The bridal party were a joy to work with - so much laughter and love about! It shines through in the photos. We soon then headed back to Long Reef Golf Club where the reception was to be held. The night started with some hilarious speeches and many lovely words were said. The dance floor outside came alive with some moves even I've never seen before. :) A fabulous day for two gorgeous people. I was thrilled to be able to document it. Nadean xx

Adrian and Ashleigh's Wedding - HUnter Valley- Peterson's Champagne House

It was a beautiful hot day in the hunter valley that greeted Adrian and Ashleigh as they awoke in their respective hotel suites. I arrived with Ashleigh first to find a very calm and organised bride. Ashleigh took it all in her stride as her mum helped her with her dress and the bridesmaids organised the rest! We had some lovely photos in the hotel before wishing her luck and whisking across the way to Adrian's hotel room. I arrived to find a cool calm and collected Adrian. With help from his mum he was all ready to go, checked we had the rings and off to the church after a few shots with the car! The ceremony was held at Peterson’s Champagne House in the Hunter Valley. A stunning venue for a wedding as you can see! The service was lovely with some beautiful words read and everyone was close enough to see and hear the vows take place. After the ceremony we toured the beautiful grounds and had some fun with the bridal party. We walked down the vines, into a little forest and out behind the lake. The scenery there is amazing!! The night soon was upon us and after some gorgeous speeches the dance floor was alight and there were some great moves busting out. I had such a wonderful time with Adrian and Ashleigh and I am so happy for them both. A gorgeous couple and a real joy to be with them on their special day.

Amy and John's Wedding

It was one of those wild, wet and windy February days that greeted Amy and John on their wedding day. You wouldnt have known it though- what with the laughter, love and fun that was in abundance. We started the day at Amy's house and were greeted with a huge Amy smile and buzz in the room. Makeup and hair were complete and it was now time for Amy to put on her gorgeous dress. The theme of the day was black and white and all the girls looked stylish and gorgeous in their outfits.  Arriving at the church we greeted John and his groomsmen in their slick car. The rain was easing off and John was able to greet all the guests as they arrived. After a few family shots it was time for John to take his place up at the altar. Amy arrived and after a big kiss from mum and dad entered the church and proceedings were underway! The service was beautiful and as they left the rain appeared - and didnt really let up for the rest of the day. Thanks goodness for those umbrellas! After a drink at a nearby pub we made our way to Eden Gardens for some sheltered family shots and then onto the bridal party shoot. I managed to convince the party to enter the gardens and I'm so glad we did. We got some great shots and everyone was in fabulous humour despite being a tad damp!! The men showed their chivalry and looked after the ladies! The night soon was underway and with emotion, laughter and dancing. It was a fabulous evening and a true celebration of love. It was a real privilege to be a part of it.
